Eligibility
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health with a higher-secondary graduation certificate or international equivalent. Self-funded applicants must be at least 16 and under 35; scholarship routes have their own age limits. All undergraduate applicants must take the CSCA and submit the subjects required by their selected program.
Language
Chinese-taught applications require at least HSK Level 4 score 180; admitted students must reach HSK Level 5 score 180 before enrollment. English-taught programs require IELTS Academic 5.5 or TOEFL iBT 72.
Application path
Choose one program and review its official 2026 CSCA subject requirements. Apply through admissions.dhu.edu.cn from March 1, 2026 and upload the required color scans. Pay the non-refundable CNY 800 application fee and ensure the status shows Submitted. Monitor the application status and email for returned materials, exams, interviews, and admission results.
Program notes
Scholarship application deadline: April 15, 2026; self-funded deadline: May 31, 2026. Applicants may apply for only one program major. Particularly relevant for textiles, fashion, design, materials, engineering, and international business.
