Eligibility

Bachelor applicants must hold a high school diploma, A-Level, or equivalent and be aged 24 or below. Applicants need a valid foreign passport, good health, complete documents, and competitive academic results. The application period is April 10-June 10, 2026.

Language

English-taught bachelor programs require TOEFL iBT 75 or IELTS 5.5; non-native speakers also complete an online interview. Chinese-taught programs require a recent HSK Level 4 certificate.

Application path

Apply exclusively online through https://just.17gz.org/. Upload passport, high school qualification, language proof, physical examination, and no-criminal-record certificate. Monitor the portal for conditional admission, then pay required fees and upload the receipt. Admission documents are scheduled to be issued before August 15, 2026.

Program notes

JUST Bachelor Scholarship: CNY 7,000/year. Undergraduate academic scholarships range from CNY 2,000 to CNY 8,000/year based on previous-year GPA ranking. The Jiangsu Provincial Full Scholarship can include tuition, accommodation, insurance, and living allowance. If an English-taught bachelor cohort does not reach the minimum size, students may need to transfer to another program.
